A truly amazing experience at the Fairmont. The service, performance, and consistency were unlike any other hotel I've been to. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay delightful. The rooms were well-appointed and the gym was impressive. The location was also very convenient and the cleaning staff did a great job. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city. I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay. the hotel provided free transportation passes for both buses and boats, which made it really convenient to explore the city. Another advantage was the stunning views of the lake and the fountain from the hotel. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning.

The room was a disappointment. It wasn't as modern or fancy as I had expected, especially considering the price I paid.

I got a fantastic value for my money with an automatic upgrade to a suite upon check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were exceptional, providing great service and being very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Opposite lake and central location. Water taxi and restaurants on-site. Nearby pizza restaurant and bar. Shops on other side of lake. Snowy walk to pretty gardens.

I must say, the location of Fairmont is simply fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the lake, and it was so convenient to just cross the road and take a leisurely walk to enjoy the fresh air.

I must mention that the concierge service was very helpful and friendly. They recommended a couple of good restaurants to us, which we greatly appreciated.

Convenient location on the waterfront with stunning views. Friendly staff provided exceptional service. Complimentary water and chocolates added a personal touch. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained. a wonderful experience. 👍

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is right on the quay, in front of the famous fountain, and close to the train station. This makes it very convenient to explore all the attractions in the adjacent area. Additionally, being on the shore of Lake Geneva offers beautiful views and a serene atmosphere.
