Stunning lake views and a friendly staff made our stay delightful! ! Room 418 was luxurious, with high-quality bathroom amenities and a relaxing atmosphere that contributed to an unforgettable experience.

Service inconsistency in busy periods detracted from our experience. We had issues with slow breakfast service and felt ignored when dining reservations were mishandled, negatively impacting what should have been a seamless getaway.

Staying in a lake view suite was an absolute dream! The breathtaking vistas of the lake and mountains added such a romantic touch. The hotel also boasts a lovely indoor swimming pool, perfect for winding down after a day exploring. We loved the delicious in-house restaurant options, enhancing our dining experience with high-quality meals.

It was just a fitting option for a quick break in Lucerne with excellent value for money. The large indoor pool was a pleasant surprise and a great way to relax after a long day. Make sure to explore the different dining options around the hotel as some are better than others.

What an incredible one-night stay! The stunning lake view suite was massive and came with lovely honeymoon surprises. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. One downside, the air conditioning struggled a bit. I would definitely return!

The hotel boasts spaciousness and a lovely bar atmosphere. Our room was clean and warm, providing a delightful stay. It’s got nice facilities that keep it interesting!

But why was my spectacular lake view blocked by a dinosaur-sized vase? And the corridors? Let's just say they were less 'grand' and more 'mysterious museum'!

We had a classic room with a lake view and it was gorgeous! The space felt super roomy with beautiful decor and really high-quality amenities. Waking up to the lake and mountain views was a real treat. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, too. Zero complaints about the comfort of the bedding. slept like a baby. It was quiet at night and we left the balcony door open to enjoy the fresh air. Definitely recommend getting a lake view over the city view. it’s way better!
