Amazing SPA with Tamina Therme open exclusively for hotel guests, providing more privacy. Attention to detail is appreciated. Good breakfast and excellent Swiss restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff, allowing for late check out to further enjoy the spa. Nice location with plenty to see and do. Outlet nearby for shopping. Overall highly recommended and looking forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The setting was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning Swiss scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area and finding wonderful places to eat and drink. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I got great value for my money at the Grand Resort. The room was lovely and the staff treated me like a VIP. The location, surrounded by the park and mountains, was absolutely stunning.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by better coordination among the staff to avoid mix-ups and waiting times.

We stayed one night to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and had a fantastic experience! The staff was excellent, especially Tatjana Kramer, who solved an important problem for us. The hotel was very clean and the in-dining service was quick and tasty. We loved the unique feature of the smoking lounge. The room was great and we received a bottle of champagne as a birthday gift. The Mediterranean restaurant offered a good dinner and we were able to enjoy the SPA even after checkout. it was a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful in solving any issues that arose. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the quick and delicious in-dining service, as well as the restaurants we visited. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a unique feature - a smoking lounge. The spa was one of the best we've been to, with beautifully designed sauna and steam rooms. The staff at the spa were exceptional, providing knowledgeable information about the hotel, its services, and the local area. We spent a wonderful day in the adjoining thermal baths and saunas, and could have easily stayed longer. the staff and facilities made our stay truly magical and we look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in a beautiful location, perfect for the 65+ older market. The hotel was conveniently situated near a fantastic restaurant, allowing guests to easily explore and enjoy the local culinary scene. The room I stayed in was spacious and luxurious, with a spotless bathroom that had all the amenities one could ask for. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. The breakfast, served in the Verve restaurant, was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a refreshing outdoor pool and a relaxing spa. It truly exceeded my expectations.

I did notice that some aspects of the hotel could use improvement.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the high-end E-bikes provided by the hotel. Exploring the stunning Swiss scenery in Flasch was an unforgettable experience. The beautiful surroundings made us feel like we were in a fairytale. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by offering us a free loan of a Porsche Macan Turbo for a few hours. The concierge helped us plan our trip and the experience was simply sublime.

On the downside, we were unexpectedly woken up at 8:15 am by refurbishment works happening in the rooms above us. However, after speaking to the management, they generously discounted half of the cost of our room for that night, which we found acceptable.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The views from my loft spa suite were absolutely stunning. The in-room steam room and large bath added a touch of luxury to my experience. The hotel spa was one of the best I've ever been to, with beautifully designed sauna and steam rooms. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and extensive knowledge about the hotel and the local area. I particularly enjoyed spending a day in the thermal baths and saunas. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to come back.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Grand Resort in Bad Ragaz. The location was beautiful and there were plenty of things to see and do nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciated their attention to detail. The spa and Tamina Therme were amazing, providing a private and relaxing experience. The breakfast and restaurant options were also great. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to come back.

One small drawback was that despite requesting a room without carpet due to allergies, we were given a room with carpet. Additionally, there were some minor mix-ups with orders at the Verve breakfast, causing a slight delay.
