The owner was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We especially appreciated when he took us to a fantastic restaurant and the fair price he charged for the trip. The garden was also a beautiful and inviting space to relax in. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited check-in times and the lack of toiletries, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at this little gem of a B&B. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful and memorable visit to Carcassonne.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. It was within walking distance to the city center and all the restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. Another advantage was the efficient and friendly welcome we received upon arrival, making us feel right at home.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the poor wifi connection. Another downside was the lack of assistance offered when it came to carrying our luggage downstairs during checkout.

We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located between the old and new parts of the city. Despite being on a main road, once inside, you wouldn't know it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The bed linens and towels were of good quality. The hotel had modern facilities, including a fantastic shower and reliable WiFi. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food, including ham, cheese, bread, eggs. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely helpful and provided a warm welcome. The secure off-road parking was a bonus and we enjoyed the lovely view of the garden from our room.
