Simply outstanding. Exceptional service, stunning location, beautiful facilities, and amazing staff. The breakfast is delightful, with fresh orange juice and a lovely selection of cold meats. The staff, including the concierge and shuttle drivers, are always polite and helpful. The lobby, terrace, and garden are amazing, and the children's playroom is spacious. a memorable and first-class experience.

Staying at this stunning hotel was a once in a lifetime experience. The location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a fairy tale atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from. The high-class restaurants on-site provided a culinary delight, and the attentive staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and stunning views. The hotel also offered fantastic facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools and a fully equipped gym. It truly felt like a dream come true.

The only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but the moderate temperature in the summer made it bearable.

The service at Gstaad Palace was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special, upgrading us to a beautiful suite and surprising us with champagne. They even took the time to have conversations with us about Gstaad and their hometown of Italy. The attention to detail and friendliness of the staff truly made our experience outstanding.

The views from the south-facing rooms are breathtaking. the spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms are top-notch. the veranda and lawn are perfect for having cocktails or snacks/meals in nice weather. the tennis courts and spa are luxurious and you can have a relaxing time there.

The buffet breakfast selections are not hot enough, and the Asian flavors in the ala carte are too subtle. It is quite expensive;

The vegetarian options at the Italian restaurant were limited and the service could be improved.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience with top-notch service and amenities. the Spa & wellness center is exceptional, with a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and massage services that left us feeling refreshed and pampered. the Beauty treatments and body wraps were so relaxing, and the Turkish bath and steam room were nice touches. the sun terrace and garden areas are perfect for soaking up the sun. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas with special diet menus and packed lunches were fantastic. Cons: the nightclub was a little too noisy for our liking and interfered with our sleep.
