I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate living room area and a well-designed layout. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection of food and a friendly server named Javier who went above and beyond to ensure the guests were satisfied. The location was also nice, perfect for a long walk in the morning.

Everything was great and there were no significant issues.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Oak Brook shopping center in the Chicago area for a couples party, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included in the rate. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the clean and functional rooms to the basic amenities provided, such as free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, iron. The location was also convenient, with everything in the area easily accessible.

All was just fine.

The warm welcome with the walnut chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch. the suite layout was spacious and allowed for privacy. the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options.

The bed was uncomfortable and caused discomfort for those with back and knee problems. the pillows provided were not comfortable either.

The room was spacious and had a separate living room area, which was great for relaxing. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to main roads. Additionally, the hotel provided a digital key, making the check, in process hassle, free.

The hotel lacked sufficient coffee supplies in the room, with only two coffee packs available. It would have been better to have 24, hour coffee available in the lobby.

The staff at Doubletree was incredibly friendly and responsive. I had a small issue with the room, but they quickly addressed it and made sure I was comfortable. The restaurant on-site was also a highlight, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and treated to delicious walnut chocolate chip cookies. The spacious suite was well-designed and the facility was quiet and brightly lit. The hotel's location was ideal, close to shopping and dining options. The on-site restaurant, Osteria, even handed out roses to women on Valentine's Day. The staff was exceptional and accommodating, helping us with room changes and extending our check-out time. The presence of a full-service Starbucks and the resort-like feel of the rooms added to our overall positive experience. The separate bedroom provided a peaceful sleep without any noise from the halls.

We felt truly spoiled and had no complaints.

The staff, especially the AC technician, were wonderful and went above and beyond to assist with the room issue. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining options. The room size exceeded expectations and although it looked a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a Starbucks inside and a restaurant that gave out roses for Valentine's Day.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite layout of the room was exceptional, providing us with ample space and comfort. The staff was also exceptional in accommodating our request for an accessible room for our elderly father, ensuring that it met all of our needs. We were also able to extend our check-out time, which was extremely helpful for our home closing and long-distance drive to our new relocation destination. Additionally, the staff at the hotel's Osteria restaurant, including Jose, Leslie, and Julio, were friendly and provided excellent service. We were also close to the mall and restaurants, as well as the adjacent conference center, where we enjoyed two catered dinners.

Hard to think of anything negative.

This hotel is conveniently located outside of the crowded metropolis and provides easy access to shopping, making it perfect for a business or leisure trip. The rooms are spacious and the indoor pool is a great place to relax. Guests can also enjoy free parking and tasty breakfast options. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve guests’ stay.

Some past guests mention poor management which resulted in rude behavior of certain staff members.
