The hotel's location is phenomenal. Just steps away from Lake Geneva and a short bus ride from local attractions. The historic feel of the building gives it character, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating during our stay.

However, the room showed signs of age, and soundproofing wasn’t great, allowing us to hear neighbors easily. Breakfast options were a tad limited and not refilled quickly, leaving early risers with less choice.

The bathrooms are far too small—not ideal for anyone with larger essentials. Also, the outdated decor throughout screams for some attention!!! How about adding modern amenities like air conditioning or at least tea/coffee facilities in the room? Noise from the street was bothersome at times, which really detracts from the overall experience!!!

The location is perfect, just across from the Casino, allowing breathtaking views of the Swiss mountains and the lake. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the train station, making it so convenient for exploring. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and charm of the place, and the Thermos for hot drinks was a thoughtful touch!

I was disappointed with the room’s upkeep. The bathroom had missing tiles, and the shower was outdated, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Breakfast was mediocre. although pre-booked, the options were minimal and not worth the price.

A great stay with friends! We enjoyed our time exploring the lakeside promenade and Chillon Castle. The location was central and made it easy for us to navigate around. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly. There were good food options nearby, and we even checked out nearby activities like golfing. Definitely a great spot for group travels!

However, the website didn't mention room specifics, and we found the outdated bathroom fittings disappointing. We felt that the breakfast spread could have been better too, with limited choices available.

the location is super convenient with easy access to the promenade and local shops. staff are dedicated to making your stay enjoyable, even providing hot water on request. the brasserie serves excellent meals, and the historic vibe is charming.

the building has character , it's dated but that adds to the charm. the staff are brilliant and helpful , always providing me with a hot water flask for my Yorkshire tea bags on request.

The location was excellent! ! Just steps away from a bus stop, and we had stunning views of the lake from our balcony 🏞️. Staff were really helpful and friendly plus we enjoyed the nice dining experience.
