the hotel exceeded my expectations in montreux, with its central location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. the recently renovated bathroom and strong internet connection were a plus. the montreux riviera card provided made exploring the region easy. a truly enjoyable stay!

Great location with everything reachable on foot, shops and mall close by, and a casino. Conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. Friendly staff speaking multiple languages. Comfy bed and charming, older hotel with artful touches.

The hotel's location is great, right near the lake and in the center for reasonable money. The staff are helpful, and my room had a small balcony facing the casino with a good view. Breakfast was delicious with several options from salty to sweet.

During my recent stay at J5 Hotels Helvetie, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade I received upon arrival. Instead of the room I had booked, I was given a two bedroom suite complete with a spacious dining table and stunning views of the lake and church. The historic charm of the property and the large modern bathroom added to the overall appeal. The convenient location, right in front of the bus stop, made exploring Montreux and nearby cities a breeze. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free transportation card provided by the hotel was a great perk. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of amenities like a coffee maker in the room and the squeaky floors, I would definitely recommend J5 Hotels Helvetie for its comfortable accommodations, great staff, and amazing location. it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main convention center, shopping arcade, and popular events like the Montreux jazz festival and the Montreux festival. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Additionally, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transportation.

The service at the hotel lacked warmth and friendliness compared to other places I've stayed.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with beautiful views. The hotel staff were amazing, offering us lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The old building had a lot of original and charming features, and we heard that they are currently undergoing a £5m restoration to modernise all the rooms. Our room was huge with a stunning view of Lake Geneva. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train station and was easy to find. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful romantic getaway and enjoyed the hotel's location, just a short walk from the lake and local attractions. The complimentary coffee bar on the first floor had lovely views and added to our memorable stay. The friendly staff recommended some great local restaurants which we enjoyed.

Our room was spacious but the bathroom was small and split into two areas which felt awkward. The hotel is old-fashioned, but for us, it added to the charm.

Our stay at J5 Hotels Helvetie was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved our 3-person room, despite its age. The location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside and a casino just across the road. We had a great view of the lake and a beautiful church. The hotel had a charming historic feel and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel offered bicycle rentals and we were able to find parking for a reasonable price.

Secondly, the location was perfect for attending the Jazz festival and exploring the center of this charming town. It was so handy to the train station, waterfront promenade, bus stops, and more. Lastly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, and the bedding was of excellent quality. I loved the two balconies with a view of the lake, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. my stay at this hotel was simply superb!

All in all, everything was more than okay.
