The hotel offered stunning lake views from the room and had a convenient coffee machine. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and well-maintained.

The staff was unhelpful and demonstrated poor customer service. They lacked courtesy and professionalism, making the overall experience unpleasant.

The hotel's location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake right from the room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with large windows that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The service at the hotel's restaurant was a bit disappointing. One member of the waiting staff was rude and unhelpful, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

The lake view from our room at Hotel Hirschen Am See was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a picturesque scene every morning was truly a delight. Additionally, the breakfast served on the terrace overlooking Lake Zurich was a perfect way to start the day. The staff at both the reception and during breakfast were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel valued as guests.

Although our room had a stunning view, the size was smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Also, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of toiletries provided in the bathroom.
