They were knowledgeable about the local area and offered great recommendations for things to do and see. the hotel had a charming restaurant on site that served delicious food accompanied by entertaining local music and dance performances.

One drawback of this hotel was that the windows couldn't be opened, which made the rooms a bit stuffy. the breakfast offered was not up to par and could use some improvement.

The staff were accommodating to our early check-in and held our luggage. The breakfast had a decent selection of cereals, fresh fruit, bread, and eggs. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lot of character and a lovely design. The receptionist, Jorge, was a lifesaver with his trust and empathy. I'll recommend this hotel.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect since it was close to the city centre and in a good area. The service was top-notch; there was room service, car hire, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, and tours assistance available. The staff on shift were always friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel had great leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi, a garden area, and a bar/lounge area. The flat-screen TV and business centre were also very convenient.

They provided a complimentary take-away breakfast and free copy-prints of boarding passes. A great choice for a comfortable and authentic stay in the city.

The hotel and room were very pretty, with a great breakfast included. They provide laundry services and offer take-out breakfast for early tours. Centrally located, 15 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The staff, although initially reserved, became friendlier and were very helpful in arranging tours and transportation. Spacious and well-decorated bedroom with essential amenities.

Staying in the 40-year-old colonial casas turned hotel was an absolute delight! The charm and rich history surrounding the place was simply mind-blowing. The fact that three of the staff members spoke fluent English made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite we booked for our honeymoon night was a true gem, and the surprise rose petals and stunning room decoration made our hearts skip a beat. The service was top-notch, with Avelino at the reception going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The manager was outstanding, personally preparing a delicious plate of food for us when we couldn't make it to breakfast due to feeling unwell. The extra touches like holding onto our luggage for 48 hours and allowing us a restful stay in the lounge before check-in were jaw-droppingly good. The restaurant served scrumptious food for dinner and the patio was a LOVELY spot to relax. our stay at this hotel was super, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The building itself was as beautiful as the pictures and the hot water was consistent, which is a rarity in La Paz. we highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.
