Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, nice ambiance, interesting history. Superb room facilities, clean and comfortable. Convenient location, near train station and Titlis Mountain. Enjoyed the terrace and nearby supermarket. Helpful tips from staff.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and included breakfast. The staff at this hotel are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have very comfy beds. The location of the hotel is convenient, right next to the beautiful monastery and opposite a bus stop that takes you to the gondola and all interesting sights in the area.

All was ok, no improvements needed.

19th-century villa with big windows and hardwood floors. Conveniently located in village. Smooth check-in with key waiting in envelope. Responsive staff via messages. Lovely kitchen for guests. Receptionist provided map and good recommendations. 10-min walk to train station, 15-min to mountain center. Nice terrace and snowfall view. Coop supermarket nearby. Clean room with huge, comfy bed. Good staff, excellent English. Brand new bed and great facilities. Great service, personal welcome and goodbye. Lounge bar with good wines. Chef accommodates dietary requests.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The key location was perfect, close to the trains and tourist sights. The breakfast was good and offered variety.

The Wi-Fi was slow and disconnected frequently. The elevator was a bit old and scary.
