We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Locarno. The personal service was exceptional, especially when we wanted to change our room to a quieter location. The three-course evening meal was delicious and made with fresh local ingredients. The small and clean bedrooms were beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the helpful tips for tourist sights and the staff's ability to speak multiple languages. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained rooms to the charming decor. The location on a main street was convenient, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was housed in a charming historic building and had a personal touch to its services. It was located close to the city centre and had a bus stop right outside its door. One of the best things about this hotel was its breakfast - it had a delicious spread and a beautiful setting that made for a great start to the day.

While the historic building had its charms, the room facilities were not up to the mark with the washroom feeling like a bolt-on afterthought. , with the location on a main artery through the city, the traffic could get quite loud and disruptive.
