The location is quite serene, nestled in a park, yet the hotel experience felt uneven. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was indeed commendable. Views from some rooms are stunning. Nevertheless, amenities like the heated pool felt underutilized during my visit. The place seems promising but does not fully deliver on expectations.

The hotel felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh!!! The air conditioning in the rooms can be erratic, and the layout of the elevators is just awkward. The noise from large groups can be disruptive at night!!!

The property's super secure and in a chill spot close to tons of attractions. Staff were amazing, especially Theresa with her cleaning skills and friendly vibe. The breakfast buffet rocked and was a solid value for the price.

I enjoyed my stay. The outdoor pool and garden provided good relaxation after busy days. I had an issue with my gold status perks not being honored, but it was resolved after I asked. The restaurant offered tasty food, but the wine selection could be better. The location was convenient, with easy access to local transport. As an avid art historian from New York, the atmosphere contributed positively to my experience.

Friendly staff, clean amenities, the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after a long day, and the on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet that was excellent for starting the day.

This place was just a perfect match for a flash stay in Morelia with good value for money. The AC made scratching noises that kept me awake, but at least the pillows were comfortable. Stay on a higher floor to avoid noise from events and conferences happening below.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The outdoor tennis court and 24-hour health club were great for keeping us entertained. The gardened area provided a lovely relaxing spot after busy days. Definitely check out the restaurant as well. the food was pretty good overall.

I did have issues with the hotel respecting my gold status rewards. I was promised a late checkout, which only happened after I insisted. Not a great experience when you expect a little more attention as a rewards member.

The hotel is surrounded by a peaceful park with great views. The shower temperature was inconsistent.

The hotel had excellent entertainment options with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area for the kids to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was a hit with my family, and we also appreciated the babysitting services available, which gave us some time to relax.

Had a bit of a struggle with the thin walls – eavesdropping at bedtime isn’t my idea of fun! Also, the views were more ‘service area’ than ‘scenic vista’—who knew handy equipment could be so entertaining?
