The location of this hotel is excellent, only a hundred meters from the train station, which makes it very convenient for traveling. It's just a short ride to Zurich Airport and only five stops away from Zurich Main Train Station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was perfect for using the airport and train.

All was fine at this hotel; there is nothing that could be improved.

Public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is decent and there is a grocery store across the street.

The front desk service could use some improvement. Checking in and out can be chaotic and some staff members have been reported to be rude.

One aspect that was a bit annoying was the cleaning staff entering our room while we were sleeping. It would have been better if the communication between the reception and housekeeping was improved, so they would know not to disturb guests who are staying for only one night.

The noise from the nearby train station was quite noticeable in the room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The ventilation in the room could be improved as only one window could be opened, making the room a bit warm.

The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby! Loved the coffee machine and that the parking was available. The location was great, only a short 3-minute ride away from the airport and the beautiful forest that was within walking distance was a big plus!

The cleaning lady kept knocking on the door even though we were still sleeping! We had to put the “Do not disturb” sign up.
