The angled lake view from our room was surprising and sublime. The free public transportation passes and the complimentary lake cruise coupon were great perks. The hotel's location above the Fest'Neuch venue was perfect. The breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake was heavenly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is right across from the train station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, being on top of the hill provides a marvelous view of the city and the lake. The staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful, providing free parking, public transport cards, and plenty of information about the area.

One minor downside was the lack of in-room coffee or hot water facilities.

The hotel offers a comfortable room, good breakfast with delicious cheese, a variety of fruits and breads. The location is convenient, right in front of the station, with beautiful views. The two ladies, Jessica and Felicie, provide excellent service and helpful advice in perfect English.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alpes & Lac for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is superb, right opposite the train station and with easy access to the main shopping area and lakeside attractions. The room was clean, with a nice corner view and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. I also enjoyed the self-serve breakfast with a great coffee machine. I will definitely be back!

Loved the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from our room, and the clean, modern bathroom. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city and surrounding areas by foot or public transportation. the breakfast had a great variety of options and was very tasty.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, especially for a romantic escape. the lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable at times, but opening the window helped.

This hotel is perfect for exploring the town - it's conveniently located near the lake, allowing you to easily take the funicular or enjoy a pleasant walk down to the city center. The quiet rooms offer excellent views of the lake, and the staff provides friendly and attentive service. The breakfast selection is very good, with delicious saucisse, cheese, and eco jams. Plus, the value for money is great!
