hotel arte was a hidden gem, exceeded my expectations in st. moritz. centrally located, steps away from top sights and shopping. friendly staff, spacious room with amazing views. highly recommend the hotel's restaurant, la stalla, for breakfast and dinner. overall, a great stay!

I had a delightful stay at a small but charming hotel in a great location. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are well designed and have plenty of storage space. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and the bathrooms were equipped with a proper hairdryer and large towels. I appreciated the unique touch of each room being decorated in a different theme, adding a touch of art to the experience. The staff, particularly Susan the manager, were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Despite being in the middle of town, the hotel was in a quiet area, guaranteeing a peaceful environment. The breakfast offered a modest spread of fruits, yogurts, breads, boiled eggs, and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. the lack of customer service in the restaurant was a disappointment.

The pizza at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Had a great time at Arte in St. Moritz! Stayed for a few nights to explore the city. Fantastic breakfast, helpful staff, and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Susan, the manageress, went above and beyond. Cozy hotel, lovely decor, and delicious food. Close to the center and easy to buy a Rolex watch. Would definitely stay here again.

Moreover, be sure to ask for the local card, as it offers free rides up the mountains, giving you the opportunity to enjoy stunning views. The rooms are modern and elegant, with state-of-the-art facilities such as recessed lighting and adjustable lamps. The bathrooms are impressive, featuring glass doors and a great shower. The service is typical of Swiss hospitality, and the breakfast offers fresh and delicious options.

Be aware that there is a nearby club that can generate loud noise at night, which may disturb your sleep.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the warm and friendly staff. They went out of their way to provide excellent service and were always ready with a smile. the location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the main attractions and sights in the area. We found it convenient to explore the nearby town center and enjoy the festive ambiance. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day on a positive note.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. we found it quite challenging to find parking nearby, especially during the busy holiday season.

The hotel also provided amenities such as a fridge, chairs, and a writing table. The Italian cuisine at the pizzeria was amazing, and the staff who checked us in and served us in the evening were both professional and friendly. this hotel truly impressed us with its friendly and helpful staff, comfortable themed rooms, delicious food, and convenient location. It truly is a hidden gem!

The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was exceptional with a wide range of high-quality food and drink. The hotel also had a lift, making it easy to move around with our luggage. The restaurant's pizza was delicious and reasonably priced.
