The children's pool was super fun and the 24-hour front desk meant we could party all night long. And let me tell you, Xcaret Eco Theme Park was off the chain! So many thrilling rides and cool shows, it was like stepping into another world. Best vacation ever!

The one thing that could have made our stay even more epic is if the hotel had a nightclub or a party room for all us young and wild folks. It would have been awesome to have a place to dance and party right at the hotel.

Great value for the price, and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. the size of the apartment was larger than expected, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

The hotel is not centrally located, and a taxi to the center/beach can be quite expensive. there were some issues with the facility such as noisy appliances and malfunctioning showers.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the A/C in the room was fantastic, keeping the room nice and cool even on hot days. Another great aspect was the spaciousness of the room, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen area. This provided plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the misleading information about the proximity to the beach. They claimed it was only a 4-minute walk, but in reality, it was much farther.

What a gem of a hotel! the staff at Heaven Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the ladies who went above and beyond to assist us with taxi arrangements and getting around. the apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with smart TVs in every room and a large balcony. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the property itself was new, clean, and well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottles of water in the room.
