This hotel is so convenient, being literally right next to the train station. It's perfect for exploring the surrounding areas like Zürich and Lucerne. The staff were absolutely lovely and the basic amenities in the rooms were all there. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection to choose from.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the clean and well-equipped room with a coffee machine and a clean bathroom that was offered. the location of the hotel is also a plus, with easy accessibility to public transportation and nearby amenities. We also appreciated the extra touch of Christmas decorations in the lobby, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The check-in process was a hassle. Despite confirming our arrival time, we received confusing and conflicting emails regarding check-in and key pick-up.
