The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa that we enjoyed after a long day on the slopes. We also loved the fact that we could make use of the hotel transfer service from the train station, making our arrival hassle-free. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with homemade breads and jams that we couldn't stop eating.

The family-owned hotel boasted a great view of the Matterhorn from the outside deck. Our suite, which had direct access to the garden, provided an unblocked and breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The comfortable and stylish room, along with the friendly staff, added to a memorable stay. The hotel also offered a welcome gift of home-baked pastries, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all that Zermatt has to offer. It's within walking distance to the town center and also conveniently close to the funicular that takes you to Sunnegga, making it great for both exploring on foot and hitting the slopes. The rooms are incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a tranquil retreat after a long day. Plus, the beautiful view of the Matterhorn is simply breathtaking. The breakfast spread at this hotel is a delicious treat, with a wide variety of homemade products and eggs cooked to order. It's not only tasty, but also economically priced for Switzerland.

Laundry service was fantastic, and the in-house shuttle service was convenient. The hotel's location provided a fantastic view of the Matterhorn, and it was a great starting point for walks into town. The recommendation for a helicopter ride to the top of the Matterhorn was incredible.
