The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa that we enjoyed after a long day on the slopes. We also loved the fact that we could make use of the hotel transfer service from the train station, making our arrival hassle-free. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with homemade breads and jams that we couldn't stop eating.

The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, just a short walk from the main town. I had a wonderful stay at the Bella Vista and would highly recommend it to others.

Matterhorn was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The room had a partial view of the Matterhorn and the balcony gave us an even better view. The buffet was generous, with delicious homemade products. The spa was well-equipped and the massages were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. We will definitely be back!

It's within walking distance to the town center and also conveniently close to the funicular that takes you to Sunnegga, making it great for both exploring on foot and hitting the slopes. The rooms are incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a tranquil retreat after a long day. Plus, the beautiful view of the Matterhorn is simply breathtaking. The breakfast spread at this hotel is a delicious treat, with a wide variety of homemade products and eggs cooked to order. It's not only tasty, but also economically priced for Switzerland.

During our 12-day trip to Switzerland, we stayed at Hotel Bella Vista in Zermatt. The breakfast was excellent, with table service for coffee and tea. The homemade cookies in the lobby were a great touch. The hotel had beautiful traditional characteristics, but our room was modern and had a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area. They recommended a fantastic hiking trail and the cheese fondue was a highlight. Bella Vista and its friendly staff provided top-tier service.

The room was quite small with no space for luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a steep hill, so guests with limited mobility may find it difficult to climb stairs or walk uphill.

Inconvenient Location and Small Rooms. One downside to the hotel was its location, which was quite far from the main area.
