The hotel had fantastic customer service. the staff went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, even offering us a better rate. the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast provided was great. the newly renovated hotel was beautiful and clean, with a delightful bathroom. the location was convenient and the room was surprisingly quiet.

The presence of a desk and a TV with satellite access, including Showtime and Netflix, was a great bonus. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The included breakfast offered a good variety of choices, with the fresh strawberries being a delightful addition.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great. There is really nothing that I would suggest improving upon.

This hotel was a great place for an xmas getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary offerings, delicious breakfast, and hot drinks available throughout the day. We also loved the location, as it was close to various restaurants and shopping areas. the room was cozy, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We did have a minor issue with the noise level in the room. Although we asked for a quiet room, we could still hear some traffic noise, which kept us up at night.
