Nothing, it was perfect.

We were amazed by the spectacular views from our room at Bellevue Kriens. The modern and spacious design added to the overall experience. The adventure of taking the chairlift and gondola to the hotel was thrilling. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel for its location, sunset views, and excellent service.

The rooms may be slightly dated, but they have all the basics you need, including a beautiful bathroom with a powerful shower. The service is outstanding, with hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. And don't forget the delicious food, served by attentive waiters.

There was one negative aspect during my stay - a rude staff member in the Souvenir Shop.

Room decor was a bit dated and sparse, but it didn't really matter since we were there for the views and food. the staff at the reception could have been more friendly but the restaurant staff definitely made up for it with their stellar service.
