During my recent stay at Hotel Bernina 1865, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the 1-bedroom apartment. The location was ideal, being close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring other towns. The staff, although not all fluent in English or German, were friendly and helpful. The discount on entry to the nearby Thermal Bath was a nice perk. I also enjoyed the Sushi Restaurant at the hotel, where there was live music and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The availability of parking was a plus, and the welcome drink vouchers were a nice touch.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The check-in experience was not very friendly, and there was inconsistency in the rooms and drink vouchers provided to guests.

We booked this place for our large group and found it to be a great stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room amenities were excellent including a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the special diet menus. The leisure centre was fantastic with a sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi, which we loved after a long day exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was amazing! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations and helping us get around the area. We even got free passes to local attractions! the location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a nice touch and added to the festive feel. a fantastic experience.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Everything was great, from the service to the accommodations.

The spa facilities are not easily accessible, requiring guests to climb down several flights of stairs, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
