We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location right beside the train station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. Plus, the breathtaking views from our balcony were absolutely incredible. We loved waking up every morning to the stunning Swiss Alps and the beautiful waterfalls. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for hikes and answering all our questions about the region. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, especially the sauna and hot tub with their amazing views. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the amazing views from our room at Maya Caprice. The view of the Jungfrau, Wengen, and the Lauterbrunnen Valley was simply breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant and the fact that breakfast was included. Additionally, the hotel had a spa with a hot tub, which was a great perk after a long day of hiking. the experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast spread. the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to relax. the location was perfect, close to town and with easy access to hiking trails.

There were a few things that could have been better. the key was outdated and difficult to use.
