The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the charming part of town. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the castle from my room. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Valais.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is superb - it's conveniently close to both the train station and the charming old town. The breathtaking view of the castle from my room was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing all the basic amenities I needed. this hotel offers great value for money, with attention to detail and a convenient location.

The room was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. the view from the window was stunning, and we enjoyed the convenient location near the train station and the city center. the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was easy and quick.

We couldn't fully rest because of the noise coming from the street. the breakfast was very basic and unappealing, with no variety or fresh options.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the city and surrounding area. the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise, serving delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds.

There were a couple of aspects that we weren't too happy about. the rooms were not soundproof at all, leading to some restless nights due to noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
