We stayed in a room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was truly unforgettable. The room itself was clean and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa with a sauna, steaming room, and a pool. it was a wonderful experience.

It was a bit disappointing that the dinner options for vegetarians were limited and the communication with the hotel staff regarding this issue was not very effective.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Gstaad. The cozy atmosphere, stunning art on the walls, and comfortable sitting areas made us feel right at home. Our room was amazing, with breathtaking views and lovely decor. The staff, especially Luigi at reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed spending time in the hotel bar, which was the perfect spot for a relaxing drink.

One minor drawback was the limited variety on the room service menu. Additionally, there were some construction noises early in the morning on a few days, which was a bit disruptive.

Beautiful location with stunning mountain views and easy access to public transportation for a city break. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was a ski room provided for our convenience. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the haute cuisine dishes that were well worth the price.

The spa was lacking without a jacuzzi or hot tub facility for post-ski relaxation, a missed opportunity. the quality of the hot food at breakfast was subpar.
