From the excellent service at Nonna Restaurant to the personalized attention from Paula, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. the rooms were beautifully furnished with a modern twist, comfortable beds, and luxurious amenities. the spa area was fabulous, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the large balcony after a sauna. the hotel's central location was perfect, with everything I needed right on my doorstep, including easy access to the Châble Cable Station.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to the main gondola. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the convenient room service. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa that had a sauna, Jacuzzi, and even a massage service. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Plus, the espresso machine in the room was a great touch!

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the town center. Our room was beautifully furnished and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a bottle of champagne on New Year's Eve. The breakfast spread was huge, perfect for fueling up before a long day of skiing. We loved using the spa area, which had both a sauna and steam room. The views from the terrace were also stunning.

The rooms facing the main square could be a bit noisy at night if you needed to keep the door open.

The spa and fitness center had everything we needed: from the common facilities to premium cosmetic products available for our use. It was great to relax in the corner sofa of the spa! the check-out time was late and it was easy to request access to the facilities.

The accessibility of the studios was difficult, having to exit the hotel through a different door, passing in front of other establishments to get to the spa, breakfast and fitness area. These facilities were spacious enough for only a few people at a time.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Verbier. The recently refurbished rooms exuded elegance and that cozy ski-chalet feel I was looking for. The breakfast was excellent, offering a self-service style with plenty of choices. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The central location made it easy to access all the amenities and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Verbier.
