So, the building was just so beautiful, you know? the view from the roof terrace and rooms? To die for. And let me tell you about the breakfast , traditional and oh so scrumptious. Plus, the staff? Super polite and always ready to help out. We were right smack in the middle of the old town , so convenient! And the owner, what a gem! Guided us with directions, moved the wifi router closer to us, and even invited us to this amazing roast lamb dinner. the rooftop deck for sunset views? Perfecto! the room? Comfortable, clean, and that AC was a blessing!

Staying at this centuries-old establishment was a truly remarkable experience - from the delicious breakfast overlooking the city to the friendly and attentive staff, every moment was a delight. the owner's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay was evident in every aspect of our time there. the only minor inconvenience was the occasional spottiness of the Wi-Fi signal due to the thick stone walls of the building.

Centrally located in Old City, close to attractions. Comfortable rooms with traditional décor. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily. Knowledgeable staff for organizing tours and transport. Beautiful rooftop terrace with stunning views.

My second visit to Mardin and stay at Carra Konagi was perfect! Situated in the heart of the Old town, it's close to attractions and restaurants. the hotel offers pick-up and drop-off services from the airport. the terrace provides stunning views of Mesopotamia. Mr Nuh arranged a charter car for exploring nearby areas, and the team, especially Zeyn and Ismail, were friendly and helpful.

Our family had an amazing time at the FAMILY Entertainment area of the hotel, where the kids enjoyed playing games and watching magic shows. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the convenient location in the heart of Mardin made exploring the city with the whole family a breeze.

My wife says that the family entertainment area could use a bit more variety in activities.
