Located just a short walk from the train station and in the heart of the town, this hotel is perfect for backpackers who want to be close to everything. The room, although a bit old-fashioned in its decor, was clean and spacious enough for three people, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff made sure that any requests were promptly taken care of. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the view from the room's balcony was simply stunning.

The central heating was turned off during our stay, even though the temperatures dropped as low as 2 degrees at night. Despite providing a portable heater as an alternative, it was still not ideal for those chilly nights.

Great location, 2 min walk from station and main bus stop. Good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. Reasonably priced for peak season. Convenient with kids, close to grocery store.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The location is superb, right in the center and just a short walk from the train station. The rooms have a very nice design, with comfortable twin sharing beds and massive balconies with great amenities. The attention to detail is evident, with the staff responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a good variety of choices. this hotel offers excellent value for money and provides a pleasant experience for its guests.

We were initially hesitant about finding a place for lunch, but the terrace at the hotel caught our attention. Although the menu only displayed pizzas and drinks, we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered a delicious salad buffet option. The wide variety of fresh ingredients allowed us to create our own plates and enjoy a satisfying meal.

We recently took a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the complementary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch that added a special touch to our trip. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and near some great restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, and we enjoyed waking up to the scenic view every morning.

We had been looking forward to a relaxing spa experience, but unfortunately, it was not available. the breakfast could use some improvement, as it had limited options.

exceeded expectations during a couple of nights in zermatt. great location near train station, spacious rooms with kitchen, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. highly recommended!
