Great location for lake, museums, park, and dining.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are affordable considering the excellent location in the center of the city. The hotel is conveniently situated near the funicular that takes you to the train station, making transportation easy. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean, with some even offering a great view. Additionally, the breakfast is included and provides different options to suit everyone's taste.

The hotel's decor is so "original" and "welcoming" that it feels like I've stepped into a Picasso painting. And let's not forget the free transport card and access to 25 museums, because who doesn't love a good museum hop?

Oh, and did I mention the charming lack of air conditioning? It's like sleeping in a sauna, without the luxury of a good sweat.

We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. the room had good storage space and a modern bathroom. the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city and the surrounding areas.

Our room had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke which made it difficult to sleep. the bed was small and placed so close to the shower that it made it hard to move around.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The city center was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel was also close to the Neuchatel waterfront, providing a beautiful view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to start the day off right. it was a wonderful experience.

The soundproofing in the hotel could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Neuchatel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the beautiful lake. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed me to check in early. I was also able to take advantage of the guest card, which provided free public transport and free entry to museums. The parking card was a bonus too.
