The rooftop pool had potential. Unfortunately, the pool was more like a science experiment gone wrong. However, the dressing gowns were surprisingly snuggly! I did get a chuckle from slipping on the pool stairs—great workout, really. Overall, I’d rate it one star for the hilariously disappointing aquatic experience. Cheers to dressing gowns that salvage the day! 🤣

The hotel is brand new, with a modern and neutral decoration. the staff is amazing, super attentive, and helpful. the rooftop bar and swimming pool offer fantastic views at reasonable prices. Conveniently located next to the BTS station and a big supermarket. Perfect for a romantic escape with everything you need close by.

The rooms are a bit small with some design flaws. Water leakage and loud aircon can be annoying.

The modern design, friendly staff, and great location near On Nut Station stood out. the rooftop pool offered stunning city views, enhancing relaxation. Nearby landmarks like Wat That Thong and the W District's Market enriched our family experience. Despite the small pool and limited dining options, the overall experience was enjoyable and family-friendly.

Our family stayed at Innside for New Year's Eve. the hotel was clean, ideal for 5 guests, had helpful staff, a reasonably priced buffet, and a great pool bar. the rooftop pool provided stunning views. the location allowed easy access to attractions via Grab rides for under $10.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The sink placement and teeny bathrooms left me scratching my head, and the gym was a bit snug. But, hey, even with a pool full of kiddos, the vibe stayed lively.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was impeccably clean, had great facilities, and was conveniently located near a train station and a supermarket. the staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was outstanding.
