I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and even lent us a charging cable, saving our journey. The location was great, conveniently located near the old town and residential areas with stunning views. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean shared toilets and showers and lovely dressing gowns provided. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices from both Continental and English options.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with two specific features. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Secondly, the hotel's central location in the heart of the old town was a key advantage. It made exploring the nearby Abbey and its library incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus for staying connected during my visit.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. The morning buffet, while of good quality, was limited and became a bit boring after a few days.

The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and close to shops, restaurants, and the Cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to provide us with pastries for our early morning train ride. The room was spacious and cozy, with clean amenities like a white bathrobe and towels. I also loved the tea/coffee room, which offered hot drinks, fruits, and snacks throughout the day. my experience at Hotel Dom was excellent, and I will definitely return.

This hotel is ideally located in the city center of St. Gallen, just steps away from the Stiftsbibliothek, Monastery, restaurants, and main shopping streets. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff at both the reception and restaurant are friendly and always willing to assist. Additionally, the breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of cheese, cold cuts, and bread.
