Great family room setup. Kids room with own bathroom. Nice breakfast and spa. Convenient ski storage room. Pleasant and polite staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent spa facilities. Helpful reception staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out experiences very pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal, easily accessible by foot from the bus station. the steam room and sauna were a great bonus, offering a relaxing experience after a long day.

One of the reception employees was unhelpful and made it difficult for us to have a late check-out. We had to beg to keep our luggage until the evening and for a late shuttle to the parking, which was only a few minutes away.
