Staff incredibly kind and helpful, even tracked us down to reimburse us for overpayment. Beautiful location in a valley with woods and close to Davos and Chur. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean rooms and a nice restaurant and bar. Friendly and efficient waitress made our stay enjoyable.

I stayed at Hotel Grusch for a short weekend in October. The staff were polite and attentive, handling a room switch smoothly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, although there were only two quilts for the double bed. The hotel is reasonably priced outside of Davos time. The beer prices were also reasonable, and they served it nicely cold. The hotel has great access to the bus that goes up the mountain to the surrounding villages.

The hotel's location is perfect for enjoying beautiful mountain scenes and is close to main sites. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and efficient. The rooms, although not very spacious, were comfortable and well-maintained.
