Eager staff and sweet surprises

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the rooms were. The staff was incredibly friendly, often going out of their way to help, like brewing coffee whenever we needed it. Breakfast was delightful with an assortment of cold cuts and freshly baked goods, especially the croissants!

However, the hotel is a bit far from the city center. While the tram service was convenient, it required a bit of planning to get back after exploring. Also, the pillows could have used more firmness for a better night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center and right by the tram station, making it easy to explore. The rooms are equipped with both Swiss and European power jacks, which was really convenient. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and enjoyed a delightful breakfast with the best freshly baked croissants I've ever had.

The shower size in our room felt a bit cramped for comfort.

had a super nice stay at hotel hottingen! the location is legit perfect, super close to the tram so easy to get everywhere. rooms are big and clean and even have a fridge with free drinks! and the breakfast? omg, those freshly baked croissants were the best ive ever had. also, the staff is super friendly, makin you feel right at home.

just had a couple of issues, like the shower was kinda cramped and i wished they had replaced the free drinks in the fridge after we used them.
