We had a great Easter break staying in this hotel! the two things we liked the most were the beautiful rooms and the friendly staff. the rooms were clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience, from providing helpful recommendations to being attentive to our needs. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently close to many great sites, allowing us to easily explore the city and make the most of our time.

There were a few things that we didn't like. there was ongoing construction noise nearby which disturbed our stay.

The property was amazing with a beautiful library and a restaurant where we enjoyed our welcome drink. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the apartments were beautifully decorated and had great amenities. the location was one of the best in the city, with everything within walking distance.

During the last two days of our stay, there was major construction work happening in the adjoining property which caused noise. This was a long-term project that was not yet finished.

Everything was perfect - the location, the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, and the friendly staff. Being situated on Rua das Flores, one of the most famous streets in the city, made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I could easily explore the center of this romantic and elegant city, with plenty of attractions just a short walk away. Plus, the hotel provided parking and transportation options, which made getting around hassle-free. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a full-length mirror in the room and no mini bar or water, our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel staff, led by the always-smiling Luis, treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Centrally located, near a lively pedestrian street, with live music until late at night. Beautiful, stylishly decorated rooms and apartments, some with four-poster beds and bathtubs. Friendly, professional and helpful staff, who go out of their way to assist guests. An old bank that has been restored and transformed into a magnificent accommodation. Upgraded room and suite options are available.

We had a wonderful stay at Torel 1884 Suites & Apartments! The location was perfect, close to many great sites in Porto. The apartment was newer and very nice, and we felt like we could easily live there. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. We always looked forward to returning "home" after exploring the city.

Exceptional staff service, including bringing our late luggage and providing delicious couvert. Felt like home, with friendly and helpful staff.
