During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, who were very friendly and eager to make our visit as comfortable as possible. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby ski lift and a convenient bus stop right outside. I also enjoyed the sauna, which was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes.

the rooms were a bit outdated and lacked the cozy and comfortable feeling I was looking for. some amenities, such as water bottles placed in the room and certain activities, were charged as additional expenses.
