I had an amazing experience staying in this cozy little hotel located in the heart of the historical neighborhood. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and bustling city center. Plus, the view around the corner was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a good shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was of good quality.

The hotel is situated right at the center of the old town which made it very easy to visit various attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities one needs, including good facilities, a comfortable queen bed, and ample space for our 4 suitcases.

What a fun Easter weekend I had! The complementary chocolate eggs and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. And it was so nice to have a balcony with a gorgeous view of the city.

The air conditioning was a definite plus, particularly during the summer months. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. The included breakfast, while not offering a wide range, provided a nice start to the day.

My room had a corner view overlooking the charming town square filled with lively restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the second-hand smoke was an issue - but nothing closing the windows couldn't fix. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay at Old Town and highly recommend it.

Excellent service: The staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help made our business trip much smoother and more enjoyable.

No air conditioning: The lack of air conditioning made the evenings quite warm and uncomfortable. Although Zurich is usually cool, having an air conditioner would have improved our overall comfort during the stay.
