We had a wonderful stay in a hotel located right in the centre of the charming town we were visiting. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants just a few steps away. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of pastries and a great cup of coffee. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful rooftop garden, where we enjoyed a stunning view of the surrounding area.

The lack of clear directions to the hotel's parking area, which made our arrival a bit hectic.

They were welcoming, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming medieval town and its attractions.

The worst aspect of our stay was the small Italian showers. They were quite cramped and not very comfortable to use.

The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options including gluten-free treats. The coffee and hot cocoa were the best, and the homemade cakes were delicious. The owners provided excellent service, always ensuring our comfort.

Situated on the main pedestrian road in the historic center, it allowed us easy access to all the attractions. Moreover, the rooms were well-furnished, comfortable, and attractively decorated. Despite being on the third floor, the climb up the stairs was worth it for the peacefulness and lovely decor. Additionally, the breakfast, prepared and served by the unique Paola, was great, offering a wide range of options and decent coffee.

The narrow streets of Volterra made driving a challenge, but the hotel provided helpful directions. The lack of an elevator and the stairs to our room were a bit tiring.
