Awesome staff, best location, 7 min walk from wooden bridge. No AC, open windows for cool air. Clean room but like a maze. Watch your steps. Helpful English-speaking staff. Great riverside view. Walking distance to train station and ferry terminal. Safe access. Stunning views and friendly people.

The location was unbeatable, right in front of the Chapel Bridge and close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pub atmosphere and food were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the river and very close to the train station and Lucerne sights and nightlife. The staff were friendly and spoke English perfectly. The room was quite big compared to other hotels, and it had a great balcony with a beautiful view when the weather was nice. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The room itself was quite small and cramped, especially for a couple with multiple suitcases. the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As foreign tourists, we loved the beautiful views of the city from the hotel. The location by the waterfront and close to the train station was fantastic. The room was spacious and had a portable fan, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The hotel also provided easy access at night through a private entrance.

The location was ideal, with the medieval bridge just steps away, and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning.

The lack of air conditioning, but there was a fan provided in our room which helped keep us cool at night.

This place has everything I need for a wonderful vacation. I love the location here - it's right beside the lake next to the famous bridge, so I can take in the beautiful view anytime I want to. Also, the hotels here are along the waterfront where autos are not allowed so it feels very peaceful. I love the service here too - the housekeeping staff is always on top of things and I can rely on tours and ticket assistance. As for the room, I have everything I need - from heating and an electric kettle to a flat-screen TV. I adore the bar/lounge area where I can have a drink without having to leave. The staff is hospitable and so friendly, which makes me feel at home.

LOVED my stay at Pickwick And Pub "The Room With A View"! The staff, especially Carly, were amazing and checked on us throughout our trip. The upgraded room had a stunning view of the river and mountains. The location in Old Town was perfect, minutes away from the train station. The hotel and pub staff were friendly and the food was delicious. a wonderful experience with great prices. Highly recommend!
