Clean hotel with exceptional Matterhorn views, perfect for all types of travelers. Close to gondola station and only 10 mins from train station. Helpful staff, especially Pierre who gave great recommendations. Family-run business, owner involved in guest care. Wonderful and relaxing experience.

I got excellent value for my money at Hotel Plateau Rosa. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from my private balcony. The hotel's location on the edge of town was perfect for enjoying the beauty of nature and easy access to hiking trails. The staff were extremely friendly and provided helpful information about the area.

Hotel breakfast could have had a greater variety of options.

I had an incredible stay at a conveniently located Garni-Hotel with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is only 100 meters from the cable car station, making it incredibly convenient to access. The staff was amazing and provided great tips for getting around. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent and the views from the balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Zermatt.

The hotel is conveniently located just 20 meters from the ski lift, making it easy to access the slopes. It is also close to the centre of town, allowing guests to explore shops and restaurants. The cable car terminal to go up to Klein Matterhorn is super close, allowing for breathtaking views. Guests can easily reach the hotel by taxi, with a cost of 6 franc per person. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and ample hot water in the bathroom. The staff provide outstanding service, always cheerful and considerate. The breakfast, although simple, is satisfactory.

One downside is that there is no AC or fans in the rooms, so it can get warm during the summer months.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zermatt. the attention to detail was superb. I was welcomed with a thoughtful gesture of a bottle of wine and roses on my bed, which made me feel extra special. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with the ski lift right next to the hotel, providing immediate access to the slopes. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the option of either German style twin beds or a double bed. Plus, the breakfast served with a view of the Matterhorn was the perfect start to the day.

Everything was spot on, no room for improvement.

Amazing stay with great service and location. The room was cozy and comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountain. They had a great variety of food options for breakfast, which was a perfect start to our day. We also loved that the hotel was walking distance to the ski lifts, making it easy for us to hit the slopes early in the morning.

The noise from the street was quite loud during the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at times. the restaurant in the hotel was a bit pricey compared to other options nearby.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were even given an upgrade to a room with stunning views of the Matterhorn, which made our stay even more memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel's location right next to the ski lift was perfect for us as avid skiers.
