I had an amazing experience at Randolins! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The views from the hotel were truly breathtaking, and the breakfast options were wonderful. The location was also very convenient, with a lift just a short distance away and a relaxing spa on site. I highly recommend this hotel!

I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. It would have been perfect if there was a hot water heater in the room for a warm cup of tea or hot cocoa in the evening after skiing.

Excellent resort with wonderful spa and wellness centre. Friendly staff and free shuttle from train. Great breakfast with wide choice and great coffee. Beautiful location, ski-in access and free shuttle to nearest chair lift. Splendid views of snow-capped mountains.

The hotel's location right in the mountains provided breathtaking views of the snowy alps from our room. The restaurant, though on the pricey side, offered delectable food that left us craving for more. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There was a lack of clear indications on the menu regarding vegetarian options, making it difficult for us to select suitable meals.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. the mountain views from the room were stunning and the hiking trails nearby were spectacular. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. the spa facilities and outdoor jacuzzi/plunge pool were an added bonus that we enjoyed after a long day of hiking.

The seating area off the dining room was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. the drinks were a bit on the expensive side.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the stunning location in the mountains. The rooms offered fantastic views, and I particularly loved the windows that could be fully opened to turn into a balcony. The attention to detail was evident, from the funky bunk bed to the beautiful mountain views. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options including international items like bacon and even a few vegan choices.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.
