My stay at Mercure was exceptional. The facility's cleanliness and attentive staff greatly impressed me. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of, with the hotel promptly addressing any needs or requests I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in their automated email check-in evaluation, which showed their commitment to improvement. Additionally, I was touched by the thoughtful parting gift of soap made by socially vulnerable women, as it demonstrated the hotel's consideration for the welfare of society. It gave me the opportunity to teach my child about the importance of ethical leadership. I will definitely revisit if I am in the area.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the 12th Main Grand Mercure restaurant. The buffet had a variety of protein-rich options and refreshing apple ginger shots. Neha and Tazneel from the staff were courteous, personable, and efficient. We felt well taken care of during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

We stayed at a hotel in a quiet residential area, away from the busy shopping and eating areas. The location was perfect for a peaceful stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The hotel had a pleasant fragrance and was located in a peaceful neighborhood.

The washroom sink was slow-draining.

This hotel had exceptional service and luxurious amenities that catered to my every need. The spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments, including a full body massage and beauty treatments. The restaurant provided delicious food, and in-room breakfast was a delightful convenience. The outdoor dining area had lovely garden views, and sun loungers were provided for my relaxation.

My only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment. Although the staff provided excellent service, entertainment would have enhanced my stay further.

The staff were amazing and made me feel valued throughout my stay. The breakfast had a great variety and cooked to order eggs were available. The location on a quiet street was perfect as it was close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette and living area.

The kitchenette in my suite was not well equipped and there was no minibar or safe.
