The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. I was upgraded for free and had a breathtaking view over the mountains. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was just right for us, being on the edge of town but still within easy walking distance to all the shops, buses, trails, and cable cars. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a great choice of fresh and delicious options.

The room was a bit too warm at night, even with the window open.

The hotel offers a Swiss Chalet vibe with a fantastic view of the mountains. The apartment upgrade was spacious with a full kitchen and two balconies. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a variety of options. The location was quiet and easily accessible by bus.

the location was a bit further from the city center, but I actually appreciated this as it meant a quieter stay. the hotel room was simple but had everything I needed. I also liked that there was a public area with a fridge and microwave to use. the breakfast came as a nice surprise, especially considering how expensive food can be in Switzerland. It was basic but satisfying, and the staff were polite and accommodating.

We were welcomed with a room upgrade, offering a breathtaking view from our balcony. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, setting us up for a great day. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying in a hotel with fantastic breakfast, it featured a cold and hot buffet which offered fresh juices and smoothies. the best part was the smoked salmon, salami and different types of cheeses! the hotel was clean and comfortable, with huge parking space. Wifi signal was excellent and English channels were available on TV.

The location wasn't very central, still walkable though. In the early morning, it took a while for hot water to run in the shower, but no big deal.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated right next to the bus station that takes you to the ski resort. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony with a lovely view of the Eiger. The breakfast, which includes vegetarian options, is delicious and enjoyed overlooking the glacier.

Wifi reception in some rooms could be improved.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious apartment with pull-down beds, full kitchen, and two balconies. The Swiss Chalet feel and excellent breakfast were great. The location was picturesque and near amenities. Service was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains, providing a breathtaking view and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with upgrades available upon request. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including delicious coffee and flaky croissants. Additionally, the hotel offers a large carpark and a reliable wifi connection.
