Quiet getaway, spacious room, pleasant walk to Rapperswil, longest wooden bridge, dreamy lakeside restaurant, friendly staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Hurden. The location was excellent, situated near Rapperswil. The breakfast provided was tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and equipped with a terrace, providing a lovely view. The internet connection was fast, which was a bonus. I especially enjoyed the beautiful 15-minute walk to Rapperswil city center, crossing a long wooden pedestrian bridge that offered spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The route was also perfect for my morning runs. The hotel's restaurant had a great design and offered a stunning view of the lake. I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel we stayed at during xmas had a great location near Rapperswil old town, offering an easy walk over the wooden bridge into the town. The fresh and tasty cuisine at the restaurant was also a highlight, and we enjoyed feeding the water birds in the lake while dining. our room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay.

The service we experienced during our stay was subpar. The staff acted like they weren't interested in helping us and seemed unfriendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lake, offering a beautiful view. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk over a pedestrian bridge that crosses Lake Zurich, where they can observe a variety of bird life. The hotel is also in close proximity to the train station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

The coffee in the hotel was not up to par.
