We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our cozy and spacious room was breathtaking, overlooking the picturesque valley of this charming city. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to access from the arrival point. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice on the attractions in the city and nearby areas. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. this hotel provided us with an excellent experience.

We had an incredible experience during our New Year's stay at the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a balcony and a window that offered breathtaking views of the village and the mountains. The location of the hotel, although on a hill, was definitely worth it for the incredible view it provided. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and responsive staff. They were always ready to help and made us feel like family members instead of just tourists.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the difficulty of reaching the hotel with luggage, especially in hot weather. The uphill climb was tiring, but the amazing views we had from our room made it all worth it.

The room on the second floor was large, cozy, and had amazing views of the village and mountains. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast included a good choice of Swiss cheeses and cold cuts. The hotel is conveniently located close to hiking routes, sledding, and a cable car to the top of the First mountain. Free parking spots were available, and nearby parking at Eiger center was also an option.
