Really disappointing that some rooms lack private bathrooms!!! I wish the communal ones had better signage to avoid surprises!!! More varied room options would be beneficial!!! It would be nice to have some lounge areas outside the rooms!!!

the chilly room was absolutely freezing, worse than outside. i guess they think small heaters are sufficient? and don’t get me started on the shared bathrooms—really uncalled for! you’d think that as a guest, i would receive a complimentary upgrade or at least a warm welcome. i almost considered giving a good review but just couldn't.
