As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the spacious and cozy rooms, with a nice balcony for relaxation. The proactive and friendly staff made our stay even better, and the food served in the restaurant was of great quality. The hotel also had a sauna for private use, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was within walking distance to the Gotschna cable car.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the cozy rooms with a balcony, providing a beautiful view of Gotchna, to the friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The location is perfect, right in the center of Klosters, just a short 5-minute walk to the skilifts.

Everything is what i need and want.

As a tourist, I loved the exceptional quality of the breakfast and dinner. The hot buffet was always replenished and the variety of fresh breads and pastries was great. The staff, especially Diana at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The large rooms were quiet with beautiful views, and the location was convenient for accessing the gondola, train station, and town amenities.

The hidden gem of the hotel was the spa and sauna room, which provided a perfect retreat after a day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond when I accidentally left a jacket in my room - they efficiently located it and sent it to me at my forwarding address. I highly recommend this cozy inn for a wonderful stay in Klosters.

Spending xmas in a mountain hotel was the best decision ever! the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. the rooms were spacious and super clean, plus they had a lovely view of the snowy mountains. the breakfast was amazing, with a vast variety of food options that kept us going until afternoon skiing sessions. the hotel's location was very convenient, just a few steps away from the ski lifts and the train station.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the sauna room was quite small, and we had to wait to use it. there were not enough glasses and utensils in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
