I recently stayed at a hotel in Lauterbrunnen, and I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for walking. Additionally, there was a grocery store next door and a bakery on the other side, which was a great convenience. Our room was spacious and had plenty of room for our luggage. The bathroom was also roomy, and I especially liked that the TV could be adjusted to be viewed from the bed. The windows in our room overlooked a beautiful view of the gondola and a pasture with goats. The gondola was incredibly quiet, and I loved hearing the bells from the goats. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff who served breakfast were excellent.

The location was ideal, being very close to the train station and cable-car stations. This made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas and go up to Mürren, Kleine Scheidegg, or Wenden. The proximity to the Mürren cable car was especially great, as we could hear the lift in the background. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. We opted for the "Half-Pension" and enjoyed well-cooked and tasty four-course dinners, including local game. The staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel, ideally located adjacent to the railway station to Wengen or Interlaken, offered easy access to two different ski resorts. it was conveniently situated right next to the Murren cable car, allowing guests to easily explore the slopes of another ski resort. With spacious and clean rooms, guests could relax after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast offered an extensive selection, including cold cuts, eggs, croissants, and more. the hotel provided a restaurant with delicious food, such as the affordable pizza promotion on Sundays.

The WiFi signal in some rooms may not be very strong.

Rustic chalet hotel, excellent location. Easy parking, superb mountain views. Restaurant on site, short walk to attractions.

We got great value for our money at Steinbock. The room was basic but had everything we needed, and the view from our balcony was absolutely incredible! The location in the beautiful town was perfect, and the staff, especially Imma, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the Co-Op supermarket and within close proximity to everything in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was satisfying and offered a good variety of options.

I recently stayed at Hotel Steinbock in Lauterbrunnen for a few nights. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop. The shower in my room was fantastic, with great water pressure, and the WiFi was strong throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were excellent - friendly, cheery, and helpful. The location was super convenient, being right beside the train station and just a short walk away from cafes and bars. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and bar, were quiet but fun. Additionally, parking was available right in front of the hotel. The breakfast offered ample choices, and even the pizza we had for dinner was delicious. We were grateful that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out.
