The rooms were exceptional - well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. The Panorama Restaurant was excellent, with great service and delicious food. The breakfast buffet had a generous selection of dishes and provided an attractive view from the top floor restaurant. The staff were friendly, efficient, and spoke excellent English. The hotel's location next to a suburban railway line made it relatively quiet, and it was conveniently located for commuting to various places, including Zürich and Jungfrau. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and parking were all top-notch.
