I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views overlooking the lake and mountains. Being able to walk to the Rigibahn and ship landing was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, especially Stephanie at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The service provided, such as room service and laundry, was top-notch and the hotel amenities, including the spa and wellness center, were fantastic. this place exceeded all my expectations, not just because of its amazing location, but also because of the warm and welcoming staff.

We had an amazing time at this stunning hotel on the shores of Lake Lucerne. The Mountain View Room was modern and comfortable, with an especially cozy bed. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious. The location was perfect, with the cogwheel train and ferry wharf just a short walk away, and the charming town of Vitznau nearby. The highlight of our stay was the tour of Festung Vitznau, a secret mountain fortress from WW11, led by knowledgeable volunteers. The hotel even had a beautiful garden where a wedding was taking place, adding to the picturesque atmosphere. Car parking was easy and the overall experience was truly picture perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

It would have been better if there were air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas to combat the heat, especially during the summer months.

Lovely lakefront view, comfortable lounge areas, and attentive staff made for a relaxing stay during my thanksgiving weekend. The property had a great indoor pool and spa area, as well as a private beach perfect for soaking up the sun. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of activities within a short distance.

The food was a real letdown. With limited options and lackluster flavor, we found ourselves eating out more often than not.
