It's also close enough to walk to Old Town, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful church, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day.

The staff is helpful and the basic amenities of the rooms are ideal, with the added bonus of having a balcony. Breakfast with fresh bread and coffee/tea is included in the rate.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a charming residential area in Switzerland and we were delighted with our experience. the location was perfect, just a short tram ride from the old town and within walking distance of the beautiful Rose Garden. the hotel provided us with free public transport passes, which was a nice and unexpected bonus. We loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby, which we took advantage of daily. the room was cozy but well-planned and the bed was firm and comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the availability of firm pillows and light blankets, which made for a restful stay.

That the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere and could have benefited from more communal spaces for guests to relax and socialize. while the hotel did offer free tea and coffee, we would have loved to see a greater variety of refreshments available.

My three-night stay at Hotel Waldhorn was a delightful experience. The location couldn't be better, with tram #9 just a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city and Expo. The hotel also offers underground parking, taking care of any transportation needs. The property itself is bright and cheery, with a generous and happy staff. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary bus and tram pass and the fresh piece of fruit at the door.

I had a fantastic stay at the Waldhorn, with everything being great. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the center by tram. The tram stop is right on the corner and we never had to wait long for it to arrive. The walk through the rose garden, the information center, and the old city made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were modern, well equipped, and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they even gave us free water bottles and a Bern card. The breakfast offered a good selection of bread, croissants, cheese, vegetables, ham, yogurt, cereal, and fruit, which was enough to keep us going all day.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel. 😊
